Sedum spurium 'What a Doozie' (PP31789) is a low-maintenance, fast-growing, evergreen succulent groundcover featuring stable, white-and-green variegated foliage that blushes pink in cool weather. Growing 2–5 inches tall and 12–14 inches wide, it produces creamy pink, pollinator-friendly flowers in late summer to autumn. It thrives in full sun to partial shade, requires well-drained soil, and is highly drought-tolerant.

  • Variegation: Exceptionally stable white/green foliage with very low, if any, reversion.
  • Color Changes: Foliage blushes pink in cooler temperatures.
  • Growth Habit: Dense, spreading, and low-growing, ideal for covering ground, rocky areas, or spilling over container edges.
  • Hardiness: Zones 5–9.
  • Maintenance: Drought-tolerant and prefers poor to average soil; avoid excessive water and do not fertilize. 

     

This plant is excellent for rock gardens, xeriscapes, and green roofs.
