Neon Flash Spirea (Spiraea japonica 'Neon Flash') is a compact, deciduous shrub known for its vibrant, reddish-pink flower clusters that bloom from late spring through summer. Growing 2–3 feet tall and wide, it features colorful foliage that emerges reddish, turns dark green, and matures to burgundy in fall. It is a low-maintenance, drought-tolerant, and deer-resistant, making it ideal for borders and mass plantings.
