Snowball Viburnum (Viburnum opulus 'Roseum' or V. macrocephalum) is a showy, deciduous shrub known for producing large, 3-8 inch spherical clusters of white flowers in late spring. Growing 8–15 feet tall, these shrubs are popular for privacy screens, hedges, or specimen planting. They thrive in full to partial sun, tolerate various soil types, and require moderate care, featuring attractive green foliage that turns red or burgundy in autumn.

Appearance: Features dense, snowball-like white flowers in spring that may fade to pink. Leaves are dark green and three-lobed, often turning reddish-purple in fall.
Size: Generally grows 10-12 feet high and wide. The Chinese variety can reach up to 15 feet.
