Golden Mop False Cypress (Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Golden Mop') is a slow-growing, mounded dwarf evergreen shrub prized for its bright, chartreuse-yellow, thread-like foliage. It typically reaches 3–5 feet tall and wide, making it ideal for accenting landscapes, rock gardens, or borders with year-round color. This low-maintenance shrub prefers full sun to partial shade, is hardy in zones 4-8, and requires well-drained, moist soil.
