Cool As Ice Blue Fescue (Festuca 'Cool as Ice') is a compact, drought-tolerant ornamental grass known for its striking, steely-blue,, mound-forming foliage. Growing 12–18 inches tall and wide, it is an ideal evergreen perennial for rock gardens, borders, and containers in zones 4–8. It thrives in full sun, requires well-drained soil, and offers better heat tolerance than other blue fescues.
